As an EREPS Level 4 Personal Trainer with hands-on experience at a sports physiotherapy practice, I bring both expertise and care to my training. My role as a mountain guide for the Swiss Alpine Club and passion for climbing, mountaineering, and ultra-trail running further enrich my understanding of how functional fitness empowers us in both daily life and adventurous pursuits.
