• Spinbox Studio Sàrl is located in Vaud, Switzerland, and operates in compliance with Swiss law.

• Products: Include physical items purchased online or in-studio.

• Services: Include spinning classes, gym access, personal training, memberships, and other fitness-related services offered by Spinbox Studio Sàrl.

• All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes.

• Payments can be made via TWINT, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash for in-person payments.

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase or booking unless otherwise specified.

• Cancellations:

  • For classes and sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

• No-Shows:

  • Failure to attend a booked class or session without prior notice may result in additional fees.

• Products:

  • Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom products are non-returnable unless defective.

• Services:

  • Refunds for unused class packs or memberships will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions unless due to a cancellation made 24 hours in advance.

• Spinbox Studio Sàrl is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the misuse of our facilities or failure to follow instructor guidance.

• Customers are required to notify staff of any pre-existing medical conditions before participating in classes or sessions.

• All clients are expected to treat staff, instructors, and fellow members with respect.

• Spinbox Studio Sàrl reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating our policies.

• All content, designs, and materials provided by Spinbox Studio Sàrl are the property of the company and protected under Swiss intellectual property laws.

• Reproduction or distribution without prior consent is prohibited.

• We collect personal data to fulfill bookings, process payments, and improve customer experience.

• Data is handled in accordance with Swiss data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties, except for processing payments or fulfilling product orders.

• Customers can request access, corrections, or deletion of their data by contacting info@spinboxstudio.com.

• These terms are governed by Swiss law, specifically the regulations of Vaud.
