Designed for groups of 2-4 participants, our sessions focus on building strength, correcting imbalances, and improving mobility, ensuring each client receives tailored guidance to achieve their unique fitness goals. Whether you're looking to get stronger, move better, or stay injury-free, our expert-led classes provide the perfect blend of support and results. Join us and discover the power of training in a focused, supportive environment! Strength & Mobility Basics: Focus on building foundational strength and improving joint mobility to enhance overall performance. Functional Fitness (Core & Stability): Target core strength, balance, and injury prevention with focused functional exercises. Functional Fitness (Strength & Balance): Strengthen major muscle groups while correcting imbalances for better movement and posture. Mobility Enhancement & Functional Training: Improve flexibility and functional movements to support everyday activities and sports. Strength Circuit: A dynamic, full-body workout designed to build endurance, power, and overall fitness. Weekend Strength & Mobility: Combine strength-building exercises with mobility drills How It Works Participants are grouped based on their preferred days and training needs. The class themes rotate slightly to ensure variety while targeting core fitness goals. Saturday is an open session for all participants to catch up or supplement their weekly training. Small Group Training Weekly Schedule Tuesday 09:00-10:00 – Strength & Mobility Basics (Focus on foundational strength and improving mobility Tuesday: 17:00-18:00 – Functional Fitness: Core & Stability (Targeting core strength, balance, and injury prevention.) Thursday 09:00-10:00: Functional Fitness: Strength & Balance (Emphasis on strengthening major muscle groups and correcting imbalances.) Thursday: 17:00-18:00 – Mobility Enhancement & Functional Training (Improving flexibility and functional movements for better performance.) Friday: 17:00-18:00 – Strength Circuit (Dynamic, full-body strength training circuit to build endurance and power.) Saturday: 11:30-12:30 – Weekend Strength & Mobility (Open to all participants: Combines strength-building and mobility-focused exercises.) Sunday: 15:00-16:00 – Recovery & Strength Balance (Active recovery session focusing on flexibility and strength balance.)

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At Spinbox Studio, we strive to make the booking process easy and flexible for our clients. Please review our booking policies below to ensure a smooth experience. 1. Booking Classes Advance Booking: All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Bookings open up to 14 days in advance. Late Bookings: Bookings are accepted up to 1 hour before the class start time, subject to availability. Class Capacity: Class spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is recommended. 2. Booking Gym and Spinning Bike Sessions Advance Booking: Gym and spinning bike sessions can be reserved in advance through the online booking system. Session Times: Sessions are booked in 1-hour slots and must be completed during studio open hours. Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are allowed for gym use if space is available, but pre-booking is recommended. 3. Cancellation Policy Class Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid penalties. Gym and Bike Sessions: Cancellations for gym or bike slots must also be made at least 12 hours in advance. No-Shows: For class pack holders, a missed session will be deducted from your pack. For unlimited members, a CHF 10 no-show fee will be charged. 4. Late Arrivals Classes: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons. Gym and Bike Sessions: Late arrivals may lose their booking if another client is waiting for the equipment. 5. Waitlist Policy If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist through the booking system. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified automatically via email or SMS. Waitlist notifications must be confirmed within 2 hours to secure your spot. 6. Payment Class and Session Payment: Bookings must be prepaid online or at the studio before the session. Membership Plans: Members with active packages or subscriptions can book without additional payment unless stated otherwise. 7.
