Strength & Mobility Basics: Focus on building foundational strength and improving joint mobility to enhance overall performance. Functional Fitness (Core & Stability): Target core strength, balance, and injury prevention with focused functional exercises. Functional Fitness (Strength & Balance): Strengthen major muscle groups while correcting imbalances for better movement and posture. Mobility Enhancement & Functional Training: Improve flexibility and functional movements to support everyday activities and sports. Strength Circuit: A dynamic, full-body workout designed to build endurance, power, and overall fitness. Weekend Strength & Mobility: Combine strength-building exercises with mobility drills How It Works Participants are grouped based on their preferred days and training needs. The class themes rotate slightly to ensure variety while targeting core fitness goals. Saturday is an open session for all participants to catch up or supplement their weekly training. Small Group Training Weekly Schedule Monday: 17:30-18:30 – Strength & Mobility Basics (Focus on foundational strength and improving mobility.) Tuesday: 09:00-10:00 – Functional Fitness: Core & Stability (Targeting core strength, balance, and injury prevention.) Wednesday: 17:30-18:30 – Functional Fitness: Strength & Balance (Emphasis on strengthening major muscle groups and correcting imbalances.) Thursday: 09:00-10:00 – Mobility Enhancement & Functional Training (Improving flexibility and functional movements for better performance.) Friday: 17:00-18:00 – Strength Circuit (Dynamic, full-body strength training circuit to build endurance and power.) Saturday: 11:30-12:30 – Weekend Strength & Mobility (Open to all participants: Combines strength-building and mobility-focused exercises.) Sunday: 15:00-16:00 – Recovery & Strength Balance (Active recovery session focusing on flexibility and strength balance.)
