REFUND POLICY

At Spinbox Studio, we are committed to providing excellent services and products to our clients. This refund policy covers all services, memberships, packages, and products purchased through our online shop, in compliance with consumer protection laws in Vaud, Switzerland.

Spinbox Studio reserves the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis. By purchasing a service or product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.

1.  General Policy

Non-Refundable Services:

    • All memberships, class packs, gym access packs, and personal training packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.

  1. Cooling-Off Period for Services:

    • Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no sessions or classes have been used during this period, in compliance with Swiss law.

  2. Refund Requests:

    • Refunds for services and products outside the cooling-off period will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical issues or relocation for services, or defective/damaged items for products. Supporting documentation may be required.

  3. Pro-Rated Refunds:

    • If a refund is granted for an exceptional circumstance, a pro-rated amount may be refunded for the unused portion of the membership, package, or service.

2.  Specific Services

Memberships (Monthly and Annual):
 

    • Membership fees are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period.

    • Refunds may be considered on a pro-rated basis for medical reasons or relocation, with appropriate documentation.

  1. Class Packs (5, 10 and 20):

    • Class packs are non-refundable and expire within their specified validity period.

    • Refunds for unused packs may only be considered within the cooling-off period or in exceptional circumstances.

  2. Gym Access Packs (5 and 10):

    • Gym access packs are non-refundable and expire within their specified validity period.

    • Refunds for unused sessions may only be considered within the cooling-off period or in exceptional circumstances.

  3. Personal Training Packages:

    • Personal training packages are non-refundable and must be used within their specified validity period.

    • Refunds for unused sessions may be considered for medical reasons or relocation with supporting documentation.

  4. Private Group Sessions:

    • Payments for private group sessions are non-refundable unless canceled by Spinbox Studio.

3.  Products Purchased from the Online Shop

 

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds or exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

    • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Return Process:

    • Contact info@spinboxstudio.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

    • Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label for the return process.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

  4. Refund Timing:

    • Refunds for eligible products will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4.  Products Purchased from the Online Shop

5.  Changes or Cancellations by Spinbox Studio

 

If Spinbox Studio cancels a class, session, or service, clients will be offered an alternative date or a refund for the specific session affected. For products, if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will receive a full refund.

6.  How to Request a Refund

 

  • Submit refund requests in writing to info@spinboxstudio.com.

  • Include your name, the service or product in question, and any relevant documentation supporting your request.
