Post-Race (Including post-skiing recovery and low-intensity fitness workouts): Perfect for individuals needing muscle relief and blood flow improvement. Schedule: Tuesday: 18:30-19:30 – Active Recovery Ride Thursday: 12:00-13:00 – Stretch & Spin Sunday: 17:00-18:00 – Post-Race/Active Recovery Ride
