Power Intervals: Alternating speed and resistance for power Tabata Ride: Short, timed bursts of effort (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) for a time-efficient, effective workout. Booking Policy At Spinbox Studio, we strive to make the booking process easy and flexible for our clients. Please review our booking policies below to ensure a smooth experience. 1. Booking Classes Advance Booking: All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Bookings open up to 14 days in advance. Late Bookings: Bookings are accepted up to 1 hour before the class start time, subject to availability. Class Capacity: Class spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is recommended. 2. Booking Gym and Spinning Bike Sessions Advance Booking: Gym and spinning bike sessions can be reserved in advance through the online booking system. Session Times: Sessions are booked in 1-hour slots and must be completed during studio open hours. Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are allowed for gym use if space is available, but pre-booking is recommended. 3. Cancellation Policy Class Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid penalties. Gym and Bike Sessions: Cancellations for gym or bike slots must also be made at least 12 hours in advance. No-Shows: For class pack holders, a missed session will be deducted from your pack. For unlimited members, a CHF 10 no-show fee will be charged. 4. Late Arrivals Classes: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons. Gym and Bike Sessions: Late arrivals may lose their booking if another client is waiting for the equipment. 5. Waitlist Policy If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist through the booking system. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified automatically via email or SMS. Waitlist notifications must be confirmed within 2 hours to secure your spot. 6. Payment Class and Session Payment: Bookings must be prepaid online or at the studio before the session. Membership Plans: Members with active packages or subscriptions can book without additional payment unless stated otherwise. 7.
