What should I expect during my first class?Your first class will be welcoming and guided by expert instructors. Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can help you set up and answer any questions. Expect a supportive and motivating atmosphere where you can go at your own pace.

What should I bring to my first class?Comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes (cycling shoes are optional). A water bottle to stay hydrated. A towel for spinning classes. If you’re attending a spinning class, our bikes are adjustable, and instructors will assist with proper setup.

Are the classes easy to follow?Yes, our spinning classes are designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Clear instructions are provided throughout each session, and our friendly, dedicated instructors are here to make you feel at ease. They will guide you step by step, especially during your first few lessons, to ensure you feel confident and comfortable with the training methods.

Do I need special cycling shoes?No, special cycling shoes are not required to start. Our bikes are equipped with foot cages on one side of the pedals for regular athletic shoes and SPD cleats on the reverse for those who have compatible bike shoes. While cycling shoes can enhance your riding experience, they’re optional and not essential for beginners.

Will my bum be sore after a spin class?It’s common for beginners to feel some discomfort after their first few rides, as your body gets used to the bike seat. However, most people adapt quickly, and the soreness subsides within a couple of weeks. For added comfort, padded cycling shorts or padded bike seat covers (available at most sports shops) can make the ride more enjoyable, although they’re not necessary.

Is there an age limit for joining?Clients aged 16 and older are welcome to join. For those under 18, parental consent is required.

Can I join if I have an injury?Yes, we welcome clients with injuries and can adapt exercises to suit your needs. Our personal trainers have experience in injury prevention and recovery. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new fitness routine.

Can pregnant moms participate?Absolutely! Staying active during pregnancy is encouraged, and our trainers can modify exercises to suit your stage of pregnancy. Always consult your doctor or midwife before starting or continuing a fitness routine.

How often do you run classes?We run multiple spinning and group fitness classes every day of the week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to suit all schedules. Check our online schedule for the latest class times and availability.

Is the spinning studio suitable for beginners?Absolutely! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels—from beginners to advanced athletes. Instructors and trainers tailor workouts to meet your individual needs, so you can train at your own pace while challenging yourself to improve. As well as the workouts being adaptable to all levels our bikes are also regulated to each individual so clients of all levels can train together in the same class without feeling overwhelmed.

What is the ICG Connect system?The ICG Connect system allows you to track your performance during classes and view real-time metrics like power, heart rate, and calories burned. It also enhances the group dynamic by displaying shared goals and challenges on the studio screen, making every ride more motivating.

Is there a training app for the bikes?Yes! The ICG Training App is free to download and syncs seamlessly with our bikes. Use the app to record all your workouts, track your progress over time, and share your achievements with friends, family, or on popular platforms like Strava. It’s a great way to stay motivated and see your fitness journey unfold.

What are "The Trip" videos?"The Trip" is an immersive virtual cycling experience featuring high-quality scenic rides and guided challenges. With breathtaking visuals and expert coaching, it transforms your workout into an adventure, whether you're climbing mountains or sprinting through futuristic cityscapes.

Can I use the spin bikes outside of class times?Yes, our spin bikes are available for private use outside class times. Book your session through the app or website.

How loud is the music during spinning classes?Music is set to create an energizing atmosphere without being overwhelming. If you’re sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs. The volume can also be adjusted upon request.

How does the studio ensure comfort and air quality?Our spinning studio is equipped with fans, air conditioning, and an extractor system to ensure proper air circulation. Windows can also be opened during classes for added ventilation and comfort.

Is the gym open 24/7?Yes, members can access the gym 24/7 using a secure keycode.

Do I need to book a time to use the gym or spin bikes?Yes, all gym sessions and spin bike access must be booked in advance through the app or website.

What equipment is available in the gym?Our gym features state-of-the-art weight training and functional fitness equipment, ideal for all fitness levels.

Can I bring a friend or partner to train with me?Yes, you can bring a friend or partner to the studio, but you must inform a staff member beforehand. For safety reasons, any access to the studio must be recorded. If your friend or partner plans to use the facilities, they will need to book a session through our app or website.

Can personal trainers use the facilities to train their clients?Yes, personal trainers may use Spinbox Studio to train their clients, but prior approval is required. Trainers must inform the studio in advance and agree to the studio’s terms and conditions for facility use. A session fee may apply for trainers and their clients. Please contact us for more details.

What should I do if I’m running late?If you’re stuck in traffic or delayed at work, contact the studio as soon as possible to let us know. Late arrivals may not be able to join spinning classes for safety reasons if more than 10 minutes late. For personal training or small group sessions, we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation, but time may be limited.

What should I do if I’m not feeling well?If you’re feeling unwell or sick, we kindly ask you to stay home and rest. Notify the studio as soon as possible to cancel your booking and avoid a no-show penalty. For illnesses requiring extended time away, contact us to discuss freezing your membership or rescheduling missed sessions.

Can I freeze my membership?Yes, memberships can be frozen for up to 2 months for medical reasons or extended travel. Contact us to make arrangements.

What safety equipment is available?The studio is equipped with a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. For clients training independently, we recommend keeping a working phone on hand in case assistance is needed.

Where should I place my personal belongings?Please store all valuables and personal items in the designated areas. Spinbox Studio is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items. To avoid hazards, outdoor shoes should also be placed in the designated spaces.
